Quality and Compliance Officer

Location: NG12 / NG11 Nottingham
Payscale: Commensurate with experience
Position: Part Time - Permanent.

We are looking for a part-time Quality and Compliance Officer to oversee all areas of quality management within the operation of the business.

Responsibilities and Duties
Supporting ATG's aim of maintaining and improving the overall quality of our internal and external systems.

  • Maintain ATG's ISO 9001 status
  • Following in-house quality procedures and standards, offering input for continuous improvement where applicable
  • Assessing customer requirements and ensuring these are met
  • Working with operating staff to establish standards and procedures and ensure these are met
  • Writing all technical documentation including procedural and final certification
  • Recording, analysing and distributing statistical information on each project
  • Overseeing inspection of projects to ensure successful outcome for all
  • Offering feedback/coaching/support to other departments including engineering and logistics
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate would have the following experience/qualifications:

  • Experience of working in an ISO 9001 environment
  • Previous experience of supplying parts to OEMs in the construction, mining, agricultural and material processing industries
  • Previous experience working within castings / fabrications industries
