Hillhead 2026: Three Outstanding Days of Conversations, Connections and Opportunity
Helping manufacturers solve sourcing challenges through engineering expertise, global partnerships and trusted supply chains.
After months of planning and several days of construction, Hillhead 2026 finally opened its gates, and what a three days it proved to be!

As the UK's premier exhibition for the quarrying, construction, recycling and bulk materials handling industries, Hillhead once again brought together thousands of professionals, hundreds of exhibitors and some of the world's leading manufacturers in one truly unique setting. With more than 620 exhibitors showcasing the latest products, technologies and innovations, it was another groundbreaking event for the industry.

For ATG, Hillhead has always been about far more than simply exhibiting. It is an opportunity to strengthen existing relationships, meet new customers, understand the challenges facing OEMs and demonstrate how our global sourcing, engineering and logistics expertise helps businesses build stronger, more resilient supply chains.

Our Stand N19 quickly became a hub of activity throughout the show. The distinctive three-container stand attracted attention from the moment visitors entered the exhibition, providing the perfect platform to showcase not only our products but the complete range of services that make ATG a trusted sourcing partner to manufacturers around the world.

Over the three days, our team welcomed a steady stream of visitors from across the UK and overseas. It was fantastic to reconnect with long-standing customers, introduce ourselves to businesses discovering ATG for the first time and have countless conversations about the challenges currently facing the manufacturing sector. Rising costs, supply chain resilience, component quality, lead times and sourcing confidence were recurring themes. These are exactly the areas where ATG continues to deliver real value.

Visitors were able to explore the breadth of the ATG offering, from precision machined parts to castings to fabrications and complete supply chain solutions. More importantly, they were able to speak directly with our experienced team about how ATG manages every stage of the sourcing journey, from supplier qualification and engineering support through to quality assurance, logistics and final delivery.

One of the most rewarding aspects of Hillhead is the opportunity to have meaningful, face-to-face conversations. While technology allows us to stay connected every day, nothing replaces meeting customers in person, understanding their businesses and discussing future projects over a coffee. Those conversations often lead to the strongest partnerships, and Hillhead continues to provide the ideal environment for them to begin.

The exhibition also gave us the opportunity to demonstrate the strength of the wider ATG Group. Visitors were able to learn more about the capabilities across our international operations and how our engineering teams, sourcing specialists and logistics experts work together to support customers on a truly global scale. Whether businesses require a single component or a complete outsourced sourcing solution, our objective remains the same. That is to reduce risk, improve quality and deliver complete confidence throughout the supply chain.

Away from our own stand, Hillhead once again showcased why it remains one of the industry's flagship events. The scale of the machinery, live demonstrations and technical innovation on display reinforced the strength and resilience of the sectors we serve and highlighted the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.

As the exhibition drew to a close, there was certainly a sense of achievement. The months of preparation, planning and teamwork had paid off, but in many ways the real work now begins. The conversations held over the three days will develop into meetings, quotations, new projects and, we hope, long-term partnerships.

We would like to thank everyone who visited the ATG stand, as well as our customers, suppliers, partners and the Hillhead organisers for making the event such a success. Finally, thank you to the entire ATG team whose hard work, professionalism and enthusiasm helped make Hillhead 2026 one of our most successful exhibitions to date. We are already looking forward to continuing the conversations that began at Hillhead. And returning again in 2028, bigger and of course, better than before!
